Full servo FMX series high-speed window pasting machine is a high-end flat pasting machine under Fengmai. Each action of the machine is driven by an independent servo motor, with a total of 8 sets of intelligent servo systems. The maximum speed of single channel operation can reach 36000 sheets/hour, and the front and back positions of glue and film can be digitally adjusted on the human-machine interface without stopping the machine. The pasting accuracy can be controlled within 1mm. The machine has stable, efficient, silent, and intelligent operation characteristics.

1. Paper feeding section
Imported belts are used for bottom paper extraction, allowing continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine. The intermittent belt conveyor is driven by an independent servo motor and controlled by a photoelectric system, eliminating the need to set paper length dimensions and ensuring high-speed and stable operation. Multiple conveyor belts can be adjusted laterally in any situation, and are equipped with vibration motors. Additionally, belt vacuum adsorption can be installed according to customer requirements.
2. Push gauge department
This unit adopts independent servo drive and employs dual-row pushers to ensure the stability of paper pushing. Each row of pushers can be independently adjusted for front and rear positions. Each single-row pusher has six pushers. When switching between the first, second, and third speeds, the pushers need to be removed from each row. The pusher part adopts a chain and sprocket structure, making the installation and replacement of the pusher head very convenient and quick. The paper blocking parts on both sides and the paper support strip in the middle are designed flexibly, allowing for free movement to the left and right. Small-sized paper boxes can all be pushed using a single-row pusher.

3. Gluing department
Utilizing independent servo drive, a single high-hardness stainless steel glue hose roller transfers glue, allowing for adjustment of glue thickness according to product requirements. Flexible stencil printing is employed, and the roller on which the stencil is installed is engraved with reference lines. Photoelectric sensing is automatically activated. During the glue application process, the roller will automatically retract when there is no paper, and the front and rear positions of the glue can be digitally adjusted within the human-machine interface. Additionally, the left and right positions of the glue can be adjusted without stopping the machine. The glue roller can be pulled out in parallel for easy cleaning.
4. Film application department
Utilizing independent servo drives, the system digitally adjusts the length and size of the adhesive film. Separate servo drives operate the rotary cutter for precise cutting, featuring a variable three-speed operation that allows for on-the-fly adjustments to the front, back, left, and right positions of the adhesive film. The suction box incorporates advanced German technology, enabling segmented opening and closing functions. The unique principle employed in the vacuum suction of the adhesive film ensures more stable bonding. Additionally, it is equipped with a function to cut the adhesive film in the middle (such as for facial tissue boxes) and a tracking and positioning function for printing adhesive films.

5. Paper delivery section
Imported PU belts are used for neat paper stacking in a layered manner. The paper stacking section can adjust its speed through frequency conversion and its height is adjustable. It is equipped with a photoelectric sensor for stopping the machine in case of paper disorder, and a counting function can be installed according to user requirements.
6. Corner cutting and crimping (optional configuration)
Based on product requirements, you can choose to add two sets of corner cutting and creasing functions, or install an additional set of horizontal creasing mechanism.
