设备特性/FEATURES
1、给纸部 Paper Feeding Assembly
本机采用进口抽纸皮带进行底部抽纸，可不停机连续加纸 ;间断式皮带输送采用伺服控制和光电控制，根据纸张长 短可在人机界面上进行调整间断输送长短;多条输送皮带 都装有齿轮和齿条装置，可调整皮带的左右位置。

2、上胶部 Gluing Assembly
采用单条高硬度不锈钢管辊传动胶水，管辊支坐采用偏心装置，可 调整胶水的厚薄;采用柔性模版印胶,模版形状可根据产品需要刻制 安装模版的辊刻有基准线，安装模版准确、方便、快捷，胶水宽 窄可根据产品调节，不浪费胶水，印胶左右位置可随意调整，前后 位置调整采用正位调整器调整，可不停机调整印胶的前后左右位置 ，辊筒采用光电感应自动脱开装置，如空纸张时不会将胶水印在皮 带上，胶水辊清洗保养时可拉出，更加方便快捷。

3、贴膜部 Filming Assembly
采用独立伺服拉膜，数字化调节胶片尺寸，贴膜部可根据产 品需求进行前后左右调节，贴膜部配有电子刹车张力装置， 保证胶片平稳运行，配有两组切角模具安装机构，-套横压 线装置和两条竖压线装置，采用前规和侧规定位纸盒位置后 将胶片贴合到纸盒上再进行横刀切断，该原理具备贴合精度 高，生产稳定等特点。

4、收纸部 Paper Collecting
进口柔软始终皮带输送可避免压伤产品，层迭式 整齐收纸，可独立调节速度，根据产品选择性使 用，确保完美质量。

5、电器部Appliance
整机采用进口PLC程序控制，各种电气元件、检 测开关均采用德国、台湾、日本等公司产品。

6、胶片加热系统 Film Heating
采用电磁加热系统，高效节能，加热辊筒采用 高硬度镀铬钢辊，辊简表面镜面处理，同时配 有两套拉膜装置，保证拉膜速度同步，从而保 证不擦花胶片，实现辅助整平胶片的作用。
